The FluidTec systems have been used very successfully worldwide for many years. This proven sprayer technology is characterized by its robust stainless steel pressure vessels with large capacities. They are viscosity-independent, as they work according to the pressure vessel principle and are controlled electro-pneumatically. Optimally suited for many spraying points or larger quantities to be applied. Quality components ensure safe, long-term and trouble-free operation.
The system is designed for one spraying time as standard. This means that all connected spray nozzles spray at the same time. Different spraying times or extension of the spraying points can be realized by additional valve units. The filling level can optionally be monitored electronically. Direct filling from the 200 liter drum or 1000 liter IBC can be realized via automatic filling by means of one of our drum pumps.
The sprayer is suitable both for the initial equipment of machines and for subsequent installation.
